I moved with move and store around two weeks ago and they were by far the best removalist I have booked in with. I would reccomend to a lot of people, which in so I already have.
Boys/men were polite and prices were cheap.

We had a move done by Move and store and I couldn't be any more impressed! The guys who done our move were great. Polite men who were straight to work but showed such great character. We have moved with these guys twice now and I wouldn't hesitate to go with them again in the future.

Top customer service,we have a large house and found Move And Store searching Google. All the process of moving from quotation to the move gone smoothly, a friendly staff assisted me in sorting a suitable truck size, I had 3 removalists on the day. They worked quickly with great attention to detail.
I have compared quotes with few removalists, Move And Store were competitive and actual price was per their quotation. Overall I say this is a reliable company that I warmly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. The Manager was abrupt and rude to an under quoted and then overcharged bill! Movers padded out the time by dismantling furniture for no reason, wrapping furniture that didn't need it! But because they sent a 12 tonne truck instead of the quoted 7 tonne, it meant everything moved in the back and with risk of damaging everything...the men had to spend an hour trying to secure the load against the outside walls!! To make matters worse they backed into our vehicle and are now denying this and won't pay the $ 500 excess unless we take them to court!! How is this right in any sense of the word! The dispute over the time taken and bill payment is different to a vehicle claim for insurance over you backing into us!! This is a scam as you contracted out to Shelley removals and then sent guys who didn't know what they needed to get the job done efficiently as PROMISED over the phone! If you choose not to visit a property because you KNOW how long they will need to get the job done, and you tell us a time frame and price, then in good faith, you need to be right and not then hold customers to ransom by doubling that at then end of the move!!!

We recently had a fairly large house move and was very happy with the service from Move and Store. Price was competitive with other quotes sourced, there was good communication prior to the move to ensure we had piece of mind that all was arranged. The actual moving men were very helpful, polite and basically did everything we needed without any hassle whatsoever. I would use them again in a flash :)

The moving men are lazy and inconsiderate, all three men were missing for large periods of time and on several occasions were all at the truck at the same time.
Packing service was grossly overcharged and had to be told to finish up as it was taking way too much time. Packers packed boxes with far too much paper and this included wrapping our tupperware!!
And if all that wasnt bad enough, the packer has the audacity to pack an empty Crown Larger and throw in empty lolly wrappers (not theirs of course).
Badly under quoted to win business. Quote did not even come close to the actual price, which was double what I have paid in the past.
I have moved several times over the past 5 or so years and have never dealt with a worse moving company.
