It was a easy experience with Rose removals. We needed a move done within few days and couldn't wait for 4 days or more as it was found when we asked other companies. Luckily Rose's promised to get us a small truck in two days. Happy on this outcome we agreed for the quote of 105$ per hour for two man team.

And just like how it was scheduled the truck came on time and the guys started the work. It was convenient for us to have these guys do the work as they got the whole move done in 3.5 hours. They were courteous and professional through the whole process. I would use their services again if I need.

I wanted someone to pack my stuff that I was planning to store in a rented storage box for 6 months while I go out of country. I didn't want to sit and pack as I was running about getting things in order before my global trips. I therefore wanted a company to come with all the materials needed to pack all my stuff including fragile stuff and ensure it doesn't break in any way. I had ordered boxes that can be rented from Another firm but these guys anyways got the box for keeping two paintings and other packing materials.

The folks came and did the job in two hours easily as I had kept the stuff ready for them. They charged me for the packing materials as it got used.

Very efficient in getting the order placed as I just called the office and we agreed on a quote for the hourly rate for a two man job. The lady on the phone got us scheduled within two days. It wasn't a big job as we were moving the boxes by ourselves. But we had fridge, dryer, washing machine, 2 couches, 2 beds and dinner table that got to go. We needed a truck and a team that does the move well.

These guys did a good job in that regard. I observed them tying the items up well and using blankets of sorts to cover it all. I got my stuff moved without any trouble and all was done in less than 3 hours.

My experience with Diana removals from start to finish has been amazing. Two months ago when I put my belongings into the storage boxes at their Clayton warehouse, the team were so helpful, friendly and made one part of the moving out process so less stressful. I realised at the last minute I needed 3 storage boxes not 2 box and this was no big issue for the office to make happen. Whenever I would access my storage boxes at the warehouse, the lady who opened the boxes for me was courteous and professional. Access to bathroom is missing but I wasn’t too worried about it. Most recently the re-delivery of the stored items to the new address was a little complicated but the team were so helpful in working through the available means. In the end I got all my items that were stored back in the same condition it was before the storage. I highly recommend this company.

They were so quick and so careful. They were helpful every step of the way - from answering all my questions before moving day, to finding perfect parking on my crazy busy street! I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience.

The people were courteous right from Debbie at the office to the guys who came in their truck for the move. The work was done well without any delay and it left us impressed.

I was nervous as I read a couple of the bad reviews they received, but my experience was 100% 5 stars and I would definitely recommend Rose Removals to all my friends, so I wanted to take the time to recommend to the community.

The team from Rose’s were great and were some strong folks who handled some tough corners at the new apartment complex’s narrow stairwell. At one moment we thought the bed base won’t make it into the new place. But the guys worked on it and were able to figure out a way to shimmy the item in. Minor scuff marks are a minor inconvenience for us compared to the inconvenience of not being able to sleep in the new place till we get a more suitable bed base in. This one way by which they handled the items through the narrow stairs made us impressed by the work done by the guys from Rose’s.
I am not sure how other guys are at the company but the ones I got were stellar. They were courteous and explained the steps so we can rest easy while we moved the items. I would give complete approval of the guys for this to and I don’t mind using their services for any move in the future.

Moving is a nightmare for me as I had rough experience with it before. Packing was the sane to me as I did it once on my own where I had to buy the boxes and materials myself and sit hours packing all my clothes, kitchenware and books. It took me hours to get it all done and I felt it added to my stress if the move overall. That's why I decided to try Packers this time around and check if it is worth the hassle.

Rose removals was the company I hired for this as they gave a good price per hour and said I need to pay extra only for the materials they end up using. They mentioned no materials will be used without my approval. It felt fair to me.

Anyways, the guys who came for the packing were professional and courteous. I inspected their packing work and can say they did a good job of handling different items. They finished the work in less than three and to me that was a good sign. Overall I was happy with their service and will definitely use Packers next time.

The removals team of two men who came and packed up on the Thursday did a great job. The removalist team that came the next day did a fantastic work too.. In fact it was noticed by me and my family, how the guys were not only careful with ensuring no scratch or damage happen to our goods, but also vary of protecting the condition of the walls and doors in both addresses.

They were extremely friendly, courteous, patient and professional with us and in particular my wife who was quite overwhelmed by the move as whole and wanted to not get stressed in any way. There were no cracks, scratches, chips or scuff marks on any good or anywhere when we reviewed the place. The team did a damage report so we both officially knew that there wasn't any damage.

We would definitely use or recommend Rose removals again as the service exceeded expectations and I was greatly relieved by the end of it.

Someone with an art studio in the house would have a bit of panic when we want to move. There is many items we want to ensure is not messed with when the removal company does its work. So I wanted to get the stuff packed as safely and securely as possible. I didn't want to go through the trouble of buying like thirty boxes , fragile tapes and labels etc. and pack the items myself. I prefer to have the experts do the work.

I was able to therefore find a packing expert in Rose company. The team came in with boxes, big and small, tapes, markers, bubble wrap etc. and started working on the packing. I had canvases and paintings that had to be wrapped well in bubble wrap and the guys did a good job making it suitable for moving. There were other items in the kitchen, clothes and books too that were packed with papers stuffed in to secure the items in the boxes.

Overall satisfied as the guys finished the work earlier than I expected and the items were sent out with the moving company (another firm ) soon later without any damage.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. I booked recently for a very small move of a friend - a vulnerable unemployed man being evicted from a small unit - with the stuff going to a storage unit. Based on the size and distance of move, and initial quote, I estimated the move to take apprx 2.5 hrs, and no more. The day they were booked (a Sat), they were 2 hrs late, so had to reschedule the move to Mon as the storage was closing. On the day, two men arrive, and start moving extremely slow, rude/talking to each other, wasting time, one of them took twenty minutes on the toilet while the other was ambling around!! When the 2.5 hr mark approached, they demanded $400 cash to unload half the load that was still in the truck. When X refused, they reloaded truck and left. X was left confused, and distressed. When I rang the office, the reception staff, was panicking. She advised us "to just agree to pay and you can contact the office to sort it out" which I took as a reasonable action, expecting that the company would reimburse us some money, perhaps as they had no control of the movers they employ. However, not to be: the movers returned and demanded an additional $170 now that they had wasted even more time. When the poor guy on the receiving end had no option but to pay them a total of $576 in cash, they just left the goods on the middle of the driveway of storage company and took off! In total, they charged a poor man $676 (including the deposit which I paid). I then had to leave my work for the day and go out to help my friend move his furniture to the storage unit, which had been callously dumped on the driveway by the movers, having charged $570 on the day and $670.00 in total with deposit!! The following day when I called the 'company', who don't have a complaints line or any customer support, I again spoke with a panicking (but well intentioned) rep, who gets their 'operations manager' on the phone. They seemed well versed in this game and completely at ease - she blamed us, stating: "if you didn't refuse to pay they would have finished the job... "It is you who refused to pay... so your fault.." etc. When I reported to her that her men wasted time etc. and what we had been promised the previous day she screamed at the rep apparently 'verifying' this, only to rudely dismiss my grievance, stating "and I want to win Tattslotto"!!! This is truly the most horrible experience from a 'service' that I have ever encountered. However, worse still, this seems to be a pattern if you read the reviews.
