Our lounge gas heater is getting old and its pilot light pipe gets clogged with crud. Rob came out and identified the issue, showed my partner how to remove the pipe and clean it, reassembled the unit, relit the pilot light, checked it all worked and then put the cover on again. When I went to light the heater, it wouldn't light up - he was still just outside, so came back in and worked out that the cover was pushing on the 'Off' switch for the gas, fixed it and checked we were happy with the work.
