Our new business logo and website design have been done by Vidman Design. I am really happy with the service that we have received. David took on board our desires and turned them into a good website and provided a number of suggestions for our logo for us to choose from. Certainly, while I could have produced a website myself, I would not have been able to design one that looks as good and consistent as has been produced for us.

This is the fish & chip shop at my local shopping centre. So I was really surprised when I realised they did sushi as well - this is not the normal thing for a fish & chip shop. As I love sushi, it's really great to have fresh looking items there while they are open. They also do rice paper rolls, which make a nice alternative if I don't feel like sushi. And we've had their fish & chips as well - they were good quality too.

A broken gear cable, combined with a daily bicycle commute, meant that a replacement was required immediately. As Cycle Works was on the way from home to where I needed to be next AND they were open at 9am (I suspect earlier in reality, but that's the advertised opening time), I stopped there. While my partner organised the replacement cable (and a spare for later), I wandered through to look at road bikes. The other staff member present quickly came to see whether he could help me, and took it really well when I explained that I was just window shopping, as the budget won't stretch to a new bike. So very happy that there was no hard sell, but provision of required infromation.

Our lounge gas heater is getting old and its pilot light pipe gets clogged with crud. Rob came out and identified the issue, showed my partner how to remove the pipe and clean it, reassembled the unit, relit the pilot light, checked it all worked and then put the cover on again. When I went to light the heater, it wouldn't light up - he was still just outside, so came back in and worked out that the cover was pushing on the 'Off' switch for the gas, fixed it and checked we were happy with the work.

All staff at Bike Life are helpful and knowledgeable. My last couple of bike services have been completed as requested and on time. My original bike fit was carried out here and they were very helpful in explaining what was changed and why. Lights and other accessories are usually picked up from here as well.
