Were a bit apprehensive about using these guys as we found them on the internet but were pleased with our choice. Our rugs (we have lots cus our whole house is tiled) look 100 times better, all the pet hair is gone, the dirt stains and generally grub, I actually didn't think they were that dirty till I saw them clean. I now get this bunch to clean our rugs every few months and it's cheap enough to get them to pick them up and drop them back off rather than doing myself (they are cleaned in the factory).
