Absolutely appalled by the customer service I got hung up on twice when all I wanted to know was we’re my package was the man was very rude he definitely needs a course or update on how to talk to customers....

Great little post office providing services for Russell Island residents. Friendly staff, and they stock everything we ever needed while we were living there.

They were very good at helping us find the cheapest way to send our products to our customers.

The Russell Island Licensed Post Office provides an exceptional service for our island community. The proprietors, Katrina and Anthony Gleeson, live on the island and are always extraordinarily pleasant and attentive to their customer's needs. Waiting time for service is always short, unlike mainland Australia Post shops. Although it is a small shop, the Post Office provides all the postal services that one would expect from a larger Australia Post shop. Any items not stocked in-store, but featured in Australia Post catalogues, can be easily and quickly ordered in. This saves the laborious ferry trip to the mainland and supports an important local business.

I would not hesitate to recommend Russell Island Licensed Post Office to anyone.
