I wish I had done more research before engaging this company. Nothing but problems. Previous reviews are correct. This guy needs anger management sessions.
John and his team at Retaining Wall Industries were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We had a large project to complete and john was more than happy to discuss ideas and recommend solutions to any issues that arose.
The communication and professionalism was one aspect that assured us we had definitely made the right decision choosing RWI.
The team did an absolutely amazing job of our moss rocks and slate stairs leading up to the house, which are a real feature of our block.
We had concrete sleeper walls and a stair kit built at the rear of our house and once again the attention to detail and time taken shows how good they are at their job.
I could not recommend RWI enough to anyone that asks. They have done a sensational job and we will be admiring our retaining walls for many years to come. Thanks again RWI!!!!
Two really bad reviews and then this way. Do I risk it?
I think how old the other two reviews are should be taken into account. I mean we are in 2017 now and they were 2012 and 2014. I tend to base decisions like that on my own experience in dealing with the company in the quoting process.

If you need retaining or fencing stay right away from this shoddy business. The owner is aggressive and workmanship terrible not to mention the 6 months + that it took to get the job completed.
