From my initial phone call speaking to Rebecca and then to Karin, to the confirmation process, to the friendly greeting by Karin this morning and finally to the friendly and helpful assistance provided by Craig to load the shelves for me, and my 100% satisfaction with the shelves themselves, this was just a PERFECT BUYING EXPERIENCE.
