When I went to collect my shelves, I was once again delighted with the friendly service and of course the quality of their shelving products.

I sometimes wonder if the good old "CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY BUT PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE" toward customers had become a thing of the past, however, all of the staff at Safer Storage Systems provide this in spades.

From my initial phone call speaking to Rebecca and then to Karin, to the confirmation process, to the friendly greeting by Karin this morning and finally to the friendly and helpful assistance provided by Craig to load the shelves for me, and my 100% satisfaction with the shelves themselves, this was just a PERFECT BUYING EXPERIENCE.
