Good place for Malaysian food. A place I visit every month especially the 1st weekend of every month because of their weekends specials - Assam Laksa. This is a local Malaysian cuisine, noodles served in sourish tangy fish soup. A must try and definitely one of the places that serves the best Assam Laksa in Sydney.

Another malaysian restaurant on the suburbs and one that is good to try. A good weekend restaurant for the family and one that serves good malaysian food. Food is expensive though comparative to malaysia, but in australian dollars terms they are standard. Nasi lemak, fired chicken, chicken rice, curry are all one should try, not forgetting the satay.

If you want some decent Malaysian food, this is the place to go. Recommended dishes include their signature Hainanese Chicken Rice and their Nasi Lemak. The food here is good but not that great, which is why I find most of the dishes here a bit too pricey for my liking. However, their dessert menu is superb - try any one of their classic Malaysian desserts and you definitely won't be disappointed.

Love this place. A regular weekend dinner destination for me and my fellow Malaysian/Singaporean uni friends. The Char Kuey Teow and Chicken Rice are fantastic, and the chefs cater to your spice preference, so you'll be happy if you like it spicy like i do, or otherwise.

Deliciously cooked Malaysian dishes with amazing quality. Some people may think it is a bit spicy but to me it is heaven!

It sells typical Malaysian foods. And If you are Malaysian and you craving for Malaysian foods, you should go and try. If you like spicy food, they have fried noodles and fried rice served with sambal ( spices). You can also find typical Malaysian desserts here.

This restaurant has real authentic Malaysian/Singaporean Food, and their Singapore Chilli mud crab is really good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who is "homesick" for good old Hawker style food. Their ice kachang is very nice, and so are their Authentic Malaysian kueys.

I found this restaurant "Malaysian Sambal" on Mowow. It is a great authentic Malaysian food experience. The Char kway teoy was excellent. The mamak nasi goreng was very nice too.

Approximate cost: $11
