Worst customer service and phone answering skills ever. A very rude man was barking questions with not even a hello how can I help you. Got fobbed off with no interest to have anyone come and look at my appliance - I was sent straight to the OEM and he hung up on me. I had to answer his questions at shotgun speed then he peppered me with the next question like I was disrupting his day. Very obnoxious individual that shouldn’t be answering phones!!
Have no idea how this business operates. Zero recommendations and zero calls to this company ever again.

Rude, do not bother calling them. My husband rang yesterday about our washer, the guy hung up first time for no reason, so thinking call dropped out my husband called back. The guy said “are you still on speaker I hate speaker so I hung up”, then continued to go on this rant about how he hates speaking when phones are on speaker. When he eventually stopped his call out and labour fees were 50% more expensive than the other four quotes. If he is that arrogant and rude on the phone do not have him in your house. Clearly with that attitude he does not want to work.

This company was fantastic to deal with, from the owner who answers the phone to the lovely mechanic who was able to replace several parts from out of his van and fix my 14 year old Miele front loader. Miele were impossible to get on the phone and could come in 5 days. I highly suggest you don't go anywhere else. Sharon, Bardon.

Worst customer service ever. Rude, arrogant and condescending. Late, unreliable, expensive, and in the end couldn't fix my fridge. I got someone else who identified a simple problem and was friendly and efficient. There are good tradies out there, this guy is NOT one of them.

Didn't get too far to have their service but all their responses and the way they speak to clients is redic.

Made an appointment for this company to look at my refrigerator – the water would not turn off. A repair person was sent, the fridge was looked at a price given and accepted and a time given for the repair to be done. Two hours after the repairer should have I phoned to find out what was happening. I was blasted by the man on the phone. He was rude and condescending. I then refused to talk to this person and my husband then dealt with the matter. $500 and three visits later my fridge was still not fixed.
We then went to another company who cost so much less and fixed the problem with one visit. Do not touch ‘Same Day Appliance Repairs’.

My fridge wasn't repaired in a day (the door button needed replacing) and it cost more than they said.

Recently these guys repaired my fridge that was making all sorts of funny noises! Now it's like new!

I just wanted to let you know your service was superb. Short, sharp and prompt. Came out the same day (as advertised) that I called, ordered the replacement genuine part the next day and repaired my washing machine the day after. 2 days from start to finish…Miele 15 days before they could even attend site, Miele’s service partner was 21 days before they could attend.
