I have done highlights on a regular basis for 15 years and usually I feel "perhaps it could have been a little lighter/darker", this was the first time I felt that it was the EXACT natural blond nuance that I wanted! I will definitely go there next time as well.

And again my appt was ontime which is very important to working people..... Also great atmosphere, friendly service and value for money. Sam's ticks ALL the boxes!

I have been going to Sam's Hair and Beauty for nearly 5 years now and always get a great new hair cut, up style or even colour each and every time. The staff display excellent customer service, even offering a cappucino or herbal tea. The salon has a relaxed vibe with the most comfortable chairs to lie back in while you get an amazing scalp massage. Needless to say, I highly recommend this salon.

I found this place to be ok, nothing to rave about though. The hairdresser I had seemed to want to keep telling me how busy she had been & how tired it had made her. With 2 small kids at home I just want to relax at the hairdressers, not listen to them complain. She wasn't all bad though, she did do a good job of dying my hair and straightening it. I had also booked in for a pedicure but they lost that booking and there was no one there to do it for me so that also annoyed me.

I love this salon. I think they have the best foiling technique in Brisbane. I've never received as many compliments on my hair as I did when I started going to Sam's. The staff are very friendly and accommodating too.
