Ken came out to install my tv, and has done fantastic, quality work. Unfortunately the shops had sold me the wrong tv bracket (on multiple attempts) for my tv’s rare vesa configuration and Ken was incredibly helpful, helping me find the correct one and returning to install. His good sense of humour helped the situation and he provided great service. He’s very personable, a great troubleshooter and goes above and beyond to do a quality job. I’m very appreciative.
