Excellent service. Doesn't take a long time and all the staff are so friendly! Not going anywhere else for nails after searching for the perfect place and no I have found it.

I was a bit sick of my previous nail salon not being consistent with my nails. One week I would be happy, the next not so happy so I decided to try Saphire Nails today for the first time. I am completely happy!! My nails are the best I've ever had done. The staff were friendly and did an excellent job and they were cheaper than my last place. Definitely worth giving a try. It's only a small salon so make sure you book prior to going in. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best nail place in the area.. I never go anywhere else.. I am very fussy with my nails.. I am a beauty therapist so know what's good.. When I moved to the area about 5 years ago tried out all the nail salons in the area and there is some very bad places but this one is the best and won't go anywhere else.. Highly recommend this place for customer service.. Very friendly.. Price.. Time management.. Quality is amazing.. They also remember what I get done every time so don't need to even explain it every time.. They make sure your nails are perfect.. Over all the best of the best in the area!!:)

I have been to quite a few nails salons in Melbourne since moving from Cairns earlier this year. ALL of the women are rude and insulting. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced the rudeness and lack of service given to me by big salons in Melbourne. I pass by Mountain Gate Shopping Centre regularly as I live in Kallista and decided to try it one afternoon. I had gels, pedicure, and a brazilian. Service was best. Just called and they aren't very accommodating to working women...

I had just a file & polish done to my toes and hands - did a great job; looked great and very professional. Service was great - I went 15 mins earlier than my appointment but they took me straight away and didn't have to wait. Very good value for money - will definately start visiting them regularly. And they use OPI nail polish, which is considered to be one of the best!

Excellent and professional service, at an incredibly good price! Even though they've been open for a long time now, they still have a grand opening special of 20% off all prices. You would think you get what you pay for, but no, they use the best equipment and the level of their service and quality of their work is fantastic! A cut above the rest!
