Needed to replace the security backdoor - very efficient and reliable from first contact to the installation. Very reasonably priced, prompt quote and measure done and then 3 days later the door was installed. It was a pleasure to deal with every one of the guys - highly recommended business and no doubt would use them again whenever such a service is required again.

We are preparing to put our property on the market and the garden needed a good pruning and clean-up and as the lawn was dead we needed an instant lawn to be laid. Sam was one of two gardeners we asked for a quote and his was better by around 30%. He managed to schedule the job for the exact week we needed it to be done and he did it in the timeframe promised. The garden now looks great and the new lawn is amazing. I would not hesitate to call him again for any future jobs around the garden and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is after a professional reliable landscape gardener at a reasonable cost.

My father needed a root extraction and the whole experience was great - appointment made for exactly when we needed, the dentist Dr Andrew Wong and the nurse very attentive and explaining in details every step of the way. It was painless and quick and very, very reasonably priced (they even give a 10% discount to seniors). The following morning we got a call to check-up on him and to ask if everything was OK. No doubt now my whole family will become patients of Dr Andrew Wong.

Our precious dog Bijou had a serious liver failure problem back in June'12. We took her to Heathmont Vet and Dr Kate did all the necessary tests and treatments. As a result, Bijou has had an amazing recovery, which was a big relieve for all of us. Dr Kate even took the time to send me an e-mail with some test result and progress report, while we were overseas. The costs were very reasonable, which is a bonus, but most of all we are gratefull for all their professional care and love.

The job was tiling of the bathroom & toilet floors and shower cubicle walls. The job was started by another tiler who just vanished after the first few days. I contacted Michael around Thursday on the phone, explain the situation and send him some pictures. By Sunday I had their quote and on Monday his father came to start the job. As it was a last-minute thing, I guess Michael was busy, so we only had his father do the whole project. He was very punctual, always on time, explained things where necessary and finish when he said he would finish. The whole experience was very smooth and easy (unlike the one with the previous tiler). Their quote was much more reasonable than another one I got at the time. I will not hasitate to recommend them and to use them again in the future.

I had a voucher and I made a booking at least a week in advance. When I showed up, they could not find my booking in their system, but luckily were able to fit me in between other appointments, which was great. The job they did was great - I had an OPI Mani-padi and was very happy with the results. Definately would go back there again.

We needed front and back doors to replace the old ones - they have a good range in their showroom at reasonable prices. The lady was very helpful in accepting the order and advising of what we would need. Later on a gentleman came to do take their own measurements. The installer came on the promised day and time and did a great job - even cleaned-up after himslef. Overall very satisfied with the product and service - very professional and reliable. Highly recommended!

Needed a budget screen door to replace very old and rusty one. Great service - easy to organize the appointment for someone to come, measure and quote. Very reasonable quote with option to take down and away the old door. The installer was on time and did a great job. Very happy with the end result - would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had just a file & polish done to my toes and hands - did a great job; looked great and very professional. Service was great - I went 15 mins earlier than my appointment but they took me straight away and didn't have to wait. Very good value for money - will definately start visiting them regularly. And they use OPI nail polish, which is considered to be one of the best!
