Fantastic job on my hair, my hair is soft (even though it's not my own). The price was affordable

I went in with a booking for a keratin hair straightening treatment. It wasn't until i arrived that i was told that they no longer do this treatment, it has been altered to be a smoothing treatment. Straight away, i was unhappy as this was not what i paid for but i went along with it anyway.
Even though i had a booking, i had to wait almost an hour, as they thought they would have time to fit in another customer before me, obviously this wasn't the case.
The staff i had doing my hair was very friendly and talkative, however i noticed alot of miscommunication between all staff.
At one point during my treatment i had to be left waiting for a while as a customer had come in to complain about a bad hair extension job.
Despite all the things going wrong i was quite happy with the result of my hair but i don't think i would go back again based on the high prices and the negative atmosphere.

Approximate cost: $350 for smoothing treatment

I had a lovely Spa Pedicure which was a bit pricey but very nice. The young lady who did my pedicure was very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. But it seemed on the day that I visited that there were way more staff (I countes 6 staff and one customer..me!) then customers! This could be a good thing.
Not a good location unless you drive. I had a 10 minute walk to the tram stop!

Varying customer service. Girl who answered the phone was not very accommodating but actual hairdressers and therapists were friendly. Not bad but probably wouldn't return.

A mediocre hairdressers, Alright value for money and they listen to you when you request something to be done unlike a cheap Asian hairdressers; when you ask for a trim they take 10cm off...
