Sarina Russo Fitzroy were fantastic to me. Regular calls and appointments. I was going through a really tough time personally and they were with me every step of the way. With a lot of help from them I am now in full time employment.

Poor, have had no contact whatsoever and it seems like the majority of agencies you need to chase them. The old ring them show your keen stuff from years ago is still going on and it's not like people are not motivated but these agencies dangle the carrot sometimes and no wonder people are put off applying as 1. Agencies are some of the biggest liars going around ahead of real estate agents and 3rd to that car salesman. We are not all simpletons job seekers as may be assumed.

They fall into the role of a recruitment consultant and think you will beg at their feet for a job as you are already down on your confidence and feel fairly low so you will jump at any given order.

I contacted them in regards to an Apprenticeship and requested help but got absolutely nothing.

I did consider becoming a recruitment consultant as 1. they are very well paid and 2. yeah so many coffee breaks and club sandwiches, pointless meetings, and Friday drinks with your colleagues. Pfftttt way overpaid and some of them are on 75-80 K and I have no idea why.

Recruitment consultancy is one of the most ridiculously overpaid fake jobs you could get in to with high staff turnover and just that fakeness makes me cringe.

What a waste of time !! Useless My daughter has been asking for help for a long time but gets nothing. she speaks to a different consultant each time and has to restart telling her story.
I wouldn't expect this company to help you. They just tick something in the box and get government money.... whats that saying ...when you pay peanuts you get monkeys , this applies here

Incredibly difficult to contact when needing to speak to your assigned consultant. I had a phone appointment with them which I missed because I was in an interview. Which then they proceeded to suspend my payments. I tried to contact them the same day which they said they would ring me back which they never did. I was practically bullied for not taking a job that is not the field I work in. I called 4 times today only to be told my consultant is busy and the last time I called Today, I was then told shes not in today after being told that she’s just busy. So now I can’t pay my bills because of this ridiculous minor inconvenience. I would not recommend. I have found more work opportunities on my own than this recruitment agency has. Which by the way, they have only recommended me one job.

I would like to thank a staff member at Mitchelton Sarina Russo, Tayla Miles who is my employment consultant for finding me work in my chosen field. I have indeed found all staff at this office entirely professional and helpful. No doubt working with the unemployed can be stressful; Tayla is relaxed and a joy to communicate with. Thanks again.

Absolutely avoid this so called "provider". The only thing they provide is an unprofessionalism at both head office and local (Mt Druitt) level. The absolute lack of customer service is breathtaking. No-one has even the basic courtesy to return phone calls or respond to emails. An embarrassing shambles and they should be ashamed.

I would advise not choosing this job services provider as they are rude, condescending and will do only the bare minimum to assist you finding work or training.

I was transferred to Sarina Russo Job Access by DEWR mid-year from Campbell Page. In the interim I had no problems with this agency and would recommend most of the staff. However, within the last couple of months I had been transferred to another contact within the Frankston Office, who requested that I apply for traineeships and made it very difficult to comply with the government training initiatives. As I am also a mature age applicant, many of the traineeships were not suitable as it is stated in the advertisement that they require applicants between the ages of 18 - 22. This new contact also was reluctant to agree to allow me to apply for any suitable courses, so I would meet DEWR' requirements. If I didn't meet these requirements I faced not receiving payments which would place my daughter & myself in a very precarious financial situation. I have since moved to a new agency.
