Appalling customer service and management. I am still waiting on a refund since December last year (at this stage over 3 months) after ADDITIONAL MONEY was taken from my account UNAUTHORISED . I have asked to speak to a manager however this seems to be too much to ask and I am still awaiting a call. My emails and voicemails have gone unanswered. What was such a simple mistake has now become a much bigger issue due to this company’s incompetent customer service. Do not waste your time (or money!) with this company.

We did a pet photo with Santa..they were running a good 30min late so we were rushed through but managed a good photo (thankfully Santa was so lovely).

Paid for the digital pack and got our print but then received the wrong persons photo! After numerous emails and messages over the past few weeks I am still yet to receive the photo I paid for.

Pretty poor service honestly.

My husband and one-year-old daughter had their Santa photo taken with this company last year (2015) at Westfield Hornsby. At a glimpse of the screen the photo looked good. The screen went blank by the time my husband came to see it – a matter of seconds. I turned to ask the photographer if she could bring it back up but she was done with us and already bringing the next people up. I found her manner both rude and dismissive. With a baby, we were, unfortunately, too tired to have been more thorough and assertive. The quality of the photos, in my opinion, were poor. They were blurry! It was a disappointing experience for my daughter’s first Santa photo and a waste of money.

We found this photography business in attendance at the ADFA graduation ceremonies last December. We were impressed with their range of scences, such as Federal Parliament House, the ADFA buildings, Regatta Point and other beautiful scenery backdrops. A silver frame with graduation pose costs $70 and a gold gilt frame with graduation pose $110. We like their online service which shows the images and green screens available. Definitely one to impress colleagues and relatives.

Scene to believe had one of those Santa photo booths set up in Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre. We got a single portrait with bubs sitting on Santa's lap.
Santa was a bit miffed as it was his knockoff time and we were the last ones to squeeze in for a photo. So our Santa looks a bit like a Sour Santa in the photo...I know the suit must have been hot but it's not like we were asking him to run 4 laps of the shopping centre doing shoulder presses with the baby – just sit for 3 minutes more.
The lady taking photos and doing the bookings was lovely and managed to gee up Santa for this last onerous shoot – which really took 3 minutes as our baby is quick to smile. She helped pick the best photo and printed it up for us while we waited.
The photo quality was ok – santa and chair and paraphernalia in shot fine – though I was annoyed that they printed a 15 odd digit reference number in the bottom right hand corner. Because of Sour Santa it's not worth framing the pic, but if it was the number would have detracted from the pic.

The price was very high – about $20 for one shot. This was the cheapest option; there were many more packages with multiple shots. Totally was up to us to do it of course; but for what it was, it's expensive.
