Although I had to wait for a few months for my security doors they were well worth the wait and look fantastic. I understand that the wait was not there fault as the first door had arrived damaged. The staff I have spoken to were lovely and also the guy that fitted the doors. Thankyou

The shower screen was great but what the problem was he had trouble taking out old screen, developed an attitude about that & during the replacement he damaged the door jamb by taking out a big chip & splintered the wood underneath it. Afterwards he said to me “ I could’ve done 4 showers in the time it took me to do yours” I’m not happy with him he also complained about the tiles because they are textured. Seaford screens speak to your workers about remaining professional

Poor customer service, delays in installation, and poor quality screen. I have gone to a company in Mornington, for the remaining screens etc .in our home. Despite numerous phone calls ,and emails ,no follow up re. the poor quality screen.My daughter has also transferred her business to a Mornington Company. We have used Seaford Screens for past three homes, never again,they must have changed Management in the past 3-4 years.Rosemary Feeley/Robert Templeton

My advice is believe the bad reviews you are reading here and dont go any where near this company. I ordered my screens 5 months ago and as expected waited 8 weeks for them to arrive.
What I didn't expect was that 2 of the 8 screens were double the size they were supposed to be. I was calm and considered that mistakes are sometimes made when measuring.
This quickly changed when the installer started to put in the screens that fitted. He drilled the holes unevenly and had to re do them- leaving the woodwork with holes that needed to be filled and re painted.
I also noted that all of the screens didn't fit the windows correctly- they all fell short.I was told 2 weeks for them to remake the 2 screens- after 6 weeks of chasing up they finally set a time to install. Wen they arrived the screens were exactly the same size as at the first installation- for 6 weeks , despite my weekly calls, no one put in the work order.
The installer took them away and came back 2 hours later with them the correct size. If it took him 2 hours why had I waited 6 weeks?

I then spoke with 2 office staff and said I would like to direct deposit the outstanding amount as I did not trust them with my credit card. I chased them for the details for 3 weeks. They finally sent the details via email but the next day charged my credit card.

The screens weren't any cheaper or better quality then anywhere else, save yourself the hassle of dealing with these clowns and go else where. They also have a habit of reviewing themselves on websites like these.

I have used Seaford screens on every house I have lived in over the years and been fairly happy. This time I rang to get a quote, they didn't want to come out to give a quote but measure and tell me over the phone. I tried to get them to come to the house and he said he would ring back with a time. A lady rang three days later and made an appointment over the phone for the following day. NO ONE SHOWED UP !!!! I then rang to find out when he would be arriving and there was no one in the area and no record of the appointment they made with me. The customer service has deffinatly slipped in this company. Will now go somewhere else... Soooooooo hard just to even get a quote !!!!

Had these guys install some Invisiguard screen doors on my new house, they were the best price I could find after contacting a few places and more helpful than most. The installer was a bit slow and hadn't brought all the doors with him, or the right tools, so had to get someone else to come and bring the missing doors and more tools, but overall very happy with the service and product so far.

We used this company when we first moved into our house for blinds on the outside of the front of the house. They have been on the house now for nearly 8 years and they still look brand new and they work so well. Price wasnt too expensive. People are really helpful. They also do other things like security doors, splash backs etc.
