20 minutes late for an appointment during the day with no customer service! A little bit of professionalism goes a long way, how about letting me know you are running late when I arrived, offering me a drink of water (or tea), how about something to read...just ignoring me made me angry. Also when I made comment you were already late by 15 minutes you thought it was funny! Not even an apology once my pedicure had began. It was not relaxing, done in a room with no atmosphere with towels that I would use to clean my dog. I will never return to this salon, especially since I wanted to feel pampered and relaxed and I walked out angry and tense! I would also suggest you need to learn how to up sell as no one even mentioned to me I could have had a spa pedicure which would have been better. Money was not a factor into my treatment and I felt totally ripped off due to the lack of professionalism and customer service from the ladies working there.

For pedicures, manicures and spray tanning they cant be faulted. The use the new nail polish that dries so its like getting fakes but not harsh on nails and doesn't look like claws! They use applicator wax which I am not a fan of as I don't think its thorough. For hot wax (brows, bikini, underarms etc) really good. Pricing is very competitive and great value for all services.

I used to go here, only reason i left is because i moved about 1 hour away. very reasonable pricing, and always great service and a great range of services.

I have been getting gel nails for over a year now at serenity beauty boutique and I have to say they are the best value for money and quality in the area. The product used is the best in the industry and the staff make the time fly by because your having so much fun talking to them. I cant recommend this salon enough definitly worth checking out.

Was very nervous being an older woman and having my first spray tan and baring all, but the lovely girls there put me at ease straight away. Did panic a little in the evening as the color darkened but the girls said after a shower everything would calm down and even out and it did. Would definately consider doing it again for a special occasion.

I highly recommend Serenity Beauty Boutique. Linda and her staff are warm, friendly & accommodating. They listen to their clients needs and ensure you walk out of there more than satisfied. After my beauty therapist left the salon I used to go to I salon hopped thinking I'd never find something equal to what I had. How wrong I was. I found better. For excellent prices, quality and service, give Serenity a go. You wont be disappointed.
