Do not buy from Dreamworld furniture. Empty promises, incorrect orders and excuses. The lack of customer service is a disgrace and the lady who owns it is extremely rude and says everything is not her fault. I felt like I had to school her on how to deal with her customers and how she managed her staff as she was so incompetent. 4 months later I am still waiting for my daughters bed to be delivered after chasing them for the last 6 weeks!!! Goods way too expensive for the lack of service and incorrect things delivered.

20 minutes late for an appointment during the day with no customer service! A little bit of professionalism goes a long way, how about letting me know you are running late when I arrived, offering me a drink of water (or tea), how about something to read...just ignoring me made me angry. Also when I made comment you were already late by 15 minutes you thought it was funny! Not even an apology once my pedicure had began. It was not relaxing, done in a room with no atmosphere with towels that I would use to clean my dog. I will never return to this salon, especially since I wanted to feel pampered and relaxed and I walked out angry and tense! I would also suggest you need to learn how to up sell as no one even mentioned to me I could have had a spa pedicure which would have been better. Money was not a factor into my treatment and I felt totally ripped off due to the lack of professionalism and customer service from the ladies working there.
