I first used DARRYL for repair work in my home. His professional approach was the best plumbing service I had used in many years of plumbing requirements So when I needed a plumbers for a renovation I had not hesitation in contacting Plumber Assist. I have just completed the third project of bathroom and kitchen renovations and every aspect of the workmanship, cleanliness by all of the plumbers and their attention to detail leaves me no doubt I will continue to use them and I am more than confident to recommend Plumber Assist.

Very impressed. On a Sunday night our hot water service blew a part and water started spraying everywhere. Darryl was there within 1/2 hour of our call, stopped the water, and organised for someone to come the very next day. Monday morning Chris (plumber) and Craig (gas guy) came and replaced the water generator (ringing ahead to confirm time). When they arrived they removed their shoes, and left our place in a clean condition when they left. They were professional and courteous throughout, explaining and demonstrating their work. I like the fact that they keep a 'job card' for future reference, recording all the work they've done, as well as taking pictures. Chris also pointed out a few extra trouble spots around the apartment, which he fixed at a very reasonable cost (preventing future emergencies). And Darryl rang the next day to follow up. I would highly recommend this company. I note there are differing views on this site about their value for money. Certainly the Sunday night callout seemed expensive to me, but I don't have enough experience to provide a knowledgable opinion. All I know is that Darryl's quick response saved us from serious water damage, so to me it was totally worth it.

Cleighton came out to replace my powder room mixer tap. He was such a nice guy, so efficient and clear on exactly what he was doing. He did a check up of my home plumbing and explained everything to me. I have recommended PlumberAssist to many friends and will continue to do so.

Connecting water to new refrigerator which required adjusting water pressure pipes. Also checked all other plumbing in house and gave recommendations for updating same.

Replaced a wall hung toilet with a floor one, retiling with similar tiles, grouting, cleaning.

Work was professionally done, very prompt and reliable.

Not the cheapest in the market, but definitely worth it.

I had used PlumberAssist before and so called again because I know that my problems always get fixed. Mike came to my property and was very courteous and friendly. He explained everything about the job thoroughly so I understood. Im not a plumber, but the quality of the job he did looks impressive. I also received a follow up phone call after the service had been completed. This shows a rare level of professionalism and determination to provide the best service standard possible

Truly qualified plumbers. Seeing the quality of work would make one feel at ease when they leave. Would definitely keep their number in case a neighbor looks for plumbers.

I think the price was too high for what the work entailed.
About 3 hours of work for a plumber + material $1050?!?!?
(Without material, that would be $350/hour!)
Be aware this company has a call-out fee, so they will charge you for just sending someone over to give you a quote.
Work done was OK, so no complaints there, and they also arrived on time as promised.
