The menu is slightly different to Latrobe street and my favourite item is not on this menu.
The staff here are terrible. They handed me change for another table. They also have an innate ability to ignore customers. Still cheap but not as good as Latrobe street. What a shame.

I recommends this restaurant for who like dumplings. The service of staff is very efficient/ fast because they turn over so quickly the food to customer. Although the soup is not too good but the dumpling is high quality and cheap. Moreover you can ask dumpling is steamed or fried. I think it is best dumpling in melbourne.

Although I personaly would not sit in to eat due to crowdiness and noise, I do choose to get my dumplings here for they taste great and the prices a good. If looking for a sit down place to eat I would suggest trying somewhere else but if it is take a way you want here is a great place.

Cheap food, but nothing great and the place is filthy. The bowls are wet and not always clean. The service is fast, but that is all. I would not come here again.

I came to this restaurant in total around 6 times- always busy! I had the Shanghai Noodle, Xiao Long Bao and Wonton dumpling soup.. very nice! the chilli oil does complete the taste of the food!

The price: cheap!

Great dumplings! I normally get takeaway as I do not want to wait for a table. They tell me that there is another one on La Trobe street and Russell if I am ever wanting a sit down meal. Love the vegetarian dumplings. Actually everything is good here.

It's a tiny place and always have to line up for seats. This place is popular with all sorts of people. There are the professionals, students and backpackers. The foods are cheap and tasty.

If you want a value for money meal, then this place is for you. Do not expect luxurious surroundings, it is crowded and noisy and all the tables are squashed together. But if it is good food at a cheap price, you have come to the right place. $7 for 15 dumplings is great value. I had the chilli oil dumplings while my hubby had the peanut sauce dumplings. Only downside for the evening is that they had run out of pork dumplings, wontons and even the mini wontons this evening. It was a Saturday night, but still disappointing. I will be coming back though as you cannot beat the value and quality of the food.

Approximate cost: $7.00

Basic ambience in order to not detract from the amazing dumplings, xiaolongbao, tasty, authentic, quick and functional service. I cannot get enough of them.

Approximate cost: $10
