I'm not a gym lover, or even a gym liker. I've lost count of the number of times I joined a gym and then stopped going after a week or two when the novelty wore off.
Then I found She Runs and Abigail!
Every session is different, which keeps it interesting and I'm no longer a procrastinator when it comes to exercise because she's willing to work around my schedule to find a time that suits me, she keeps me accountable so there's no slacking off and I don't have to go near a gym!
I cannot recommend She Runs highly enough, a wonderful service run by a wonderful woman.

I started working out with Abigail in October 2015, and she has completely changed the way I look at exercise. I used to be unmotivated and constantly looking for excuses not to get to the gym. During my initial assessment, Abi spent some time finding out what my fitness goals were. When I told her that I had a dream of completing a marathon, she was full of encouragement, telling me that with time and commitment, anything could be achieved.

Abi is a great fitness coach. Every workout is different, and she works out alongside me, which makes it feel like I'm working out with a friend, rather than with a trainer. She encouraged me to enter a 7km run earlier this year, which I was able to complete thanks to her excellent preparatory training. My next goal is a half marathon in October, which, with Abi's support and encouragement, I am confident I can achieve.

Thanks Abi...thanks to you I am fitter and stronger, and best of all, I've made a new friend.

Abbey has helped me overcome many of my issues I've had with my eating habits and my body, and I've gone from being incredibly self conscious to being the most confident I've ever felt in myself. I love working with Abbey, she has without a doubt changed my life for the better. Without her I don't know where I would be

I have acheived so much working out with Abigail. she has such a great coaching style, that you can do anything. Extremely supportive with bounds of energy with a holistic approach. I feel very lucky to have her a trainer.

I started with Abigail mid September 2014 and I found her just browsing online as I was recovering from two slipped discs and found going back to my usual activities of dancing and horse riding was a very slow and frustrating process. I decided I needed someone to help me with gaining back my strength, endurance and stamina. However I hated gyms and wasn't wanting to spend a fortune for one on one training. Enter Abi, she is a wonderful trainer and I've come to really enjoy our sessions. I find myself missing a session if we have to skip a week. She challenges me every week and seems to know what my body is capable of better than I do. After only a few sessions my family and friends and colleagues noticed a difference, my body was more toned and my energy increased. My ballet teacher commented on how strong I was and I'm no longer holding back in class or when I'm horse riding. My sessions are tailored perfectly for my body and the issues I have. No two sessions are ever the same and Abi is brilliant at getting another set out of me even when I don't think it's physically possible.
I highly recommend She Runs, Abi is wonderful and friendly and she will make you sweat. After two days of pain you'll be thanking her and looking forward to your next session.

Abigail is really motivating, the sessions are always different and interesting and challenging. I don't hesitate to recommend She Runs if you need to get fitter and fit some exercise into your life in a way that will produce results!

Abigail has made me enjoy exercise for the first time. She brings so much energy and fun to our session, she also listens and understands my goals. It has been a great lifestyle change for me. I highly recommend her to everyone!!!

Abigail got me exercising regularly and even got me to the 4km run. Was able to run upto 9.5kms wihin a month!! Even though our sessions ended, due to distance and time constraints, she gave consistent energy boosting confidence, and still gives this. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you want commitment and drive, to help you achieve what you may think is the impossible.

Abigail is so much fun to work out with. I had a lot of fun. With working early hours it's hard for me to fit in a work out but with someone like Abigail to help me achieve my fitness goals it's going to be a lot easier.
