Thanks Shero for making my wedding shopping experience memorable, I have a really good shopping experience in shero fashion. I bought my wedding dress, flower girl dress and 5 bridesmaids dresses in here, at first I don't have much idea of what wedding dress will look good on me, but the staff give me opinion and ideas and help me to try on so many dresses and finally I found my dream dress.

The customer services is excellent, I felt really welcomed as when I step in the shop they greeted me and my family with wonderful smile, then they take us around the shop to introduce their dresses, then we were serve by tea. When I try on the wedding dress, the staff are very friendly and help me along the way to choose my dresses.

My wedding is on mid of August and I order all my dresses in Shero on 30 June, I got all my dresses just 4 days ago on 25 July. At first I think I might need some alterations for my bridesmaids dresses but when we try on the dresses, it fit perfectly for me and my bridesmaids.

I have been to Betty Tran, Hobnob & Collezione but I would recommend Shero because they have wide range of dresses and very very reasonable price with good quality dresses.

Thanks again to Shero and the wonderful staff to make my big day memorable and I would 100% recommend it to my friends and family.

I have order a mermaid style wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids in Shero for my wedding in December, when i got all the dress i am so so happy with the quality and all the dresses fit on us perfectly. The lady in the shop is very helpful as she also did the hair style and make up for all of us like everything under one roof.

Have been into few other bridal shop but Shero is the different as when you walk in to the shop as they have wonderful dress collections and best services ever. Thank you Shero.

I hired a beautiful wedding dress from this store recently.
When I booked the hire there were a few dirt marks and a faint lipstick mark which the store assured me would be dry cleaned out before I collected the dress. They also suggested adding a hook at the back of the train so I could hook it out of the way when I was wearing the dress. They used a pin to mark where the hook would be sewn on.
When I collected the dress they forgot to sew the hook on so they did it in the spot. I was in such a hurry (collecting the dress the day before my wedding) they I only glanced over the dress.
Later that afternoon when I had time I looked over the dress and noticed it had not been dry cleaned as the marks were still there. I immediately called the store and informed them. They apologised and assured me the dress had been dry cleaned.
When returning the dress I asked again if the dress had been dry cleaned and showed the store the dirt and lipstick marks. They wouldn't say if the dress had been dry cleaned and made out the issue was my problem as I still wore the dress (I had no plan b and hid the dirt marks with my vail. The lip stick mark could not be hidden). I told them there was no way the dress had been dry cleaned as the pin for the hook was still in place when I collect the dress and that it would have been removed for cleaning. The store had no response other than what did I want them to do. I suggest a return of my bond and a discount for the hire as they didn't use the hire payment for dry cleaning. The store store refused as I still wore the dress and they didn't understand how a dirty dress would be a problem for a wedding.
Ladies, Remember the dirt and sweat from those who try on the dress or wear the dress will still be on the dress when you hire it.

If you are looking for something a bit different and some of the latest seasons fashions, this is one shop you shouldn't miss. The staff are great - not pushy - and willing to help but also happy for you to browse and make your selection in peace.
