Simply Air were wonderful from the very first phone call. I explained the issue, they visited the property a day later and I got a very reasonable quote that day. The job was completed a week later! After being told by several other companies that the job was too hard it was such a relief to finally have heating!

I had a troublesome Braemar ducted heater that would regularly stop working and throw up indecipherable error messages.

I originally got in one the highest rated repairers on Womo, but they could not accurately diagnose or fix the problems. I came away feeling very unsatisfied.

Out of frustration, I called Simply Air because they were the most local. I spoke to their repair specialist (I forget his name unfortunately) and explained the issue. He explained immediately what he thought the issue was.

I booked him to come out and he immediately identified the parts that had been repaired previously. He talked through the issues, the options, and he provided a very reasonable quote for repairs.

This was two years ago. I haven't had a problem with the heater since.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Simply Air again.

Recently had Breezair Evaporate system installed and all work done according to quote.
Also had ducted heating reviewed at the same time and some recommendations made.
Will use these guys in the future.
