I have had lash lifts done before at other salons and have always been disappointed with the experience and results. But the second I walked into simply lashes and brows they were immediately friendly and nice!!

I got my eyebrows mapped and threaded by Vishali. She was very attentive and gentle. Having thick hair, eyebrow threading has always been painful for me but Vishali managed to do it without much pain. Also, my 2 eyebrows are not aligned and she did a good job of making them look good!

I had Ashleigh for my first session at Simply Brow & Lashes. I usually take my daughter for a full monty waxing of her face but this time I also booked myself for an eyebrow wax. Ashleigh could see that after years of having my brows waxed in the 1990s and 2000s they are now quite thin and ate not the same size. She recommended doing a tint that has now balanced them out and looking fuller. I’m keen to try the brow lamination next. All the lovely staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

A special shoutout to Hana, who was absolutely wonderful! She was gentle, professional, and really attentive to what I wanted. Hana made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and the results were stunning — natural-looking, perfectly styled lashes that really enhanced my eyes.
