There is a great range of bread flours and I am having fun trying the different varieties. my favourite is the Tuscany White bread flour that I use as a base to experiment with grains, wholemeal & soy & linseed. have even tried a fruit loaf, delicious! Helpful staff will always offer to carry the sacks of flour out for you. I highly recommend this busines.

they also cater to gluten free and fructose intolerant people who can not eat normal flours, they introduced my family to Kamut flours for my wife who can not eat normal flour, she is allergic to Fructose and not glueten and the kamut flour they showed us changed her life. she says its like eating normal bread and it makes great pasta which i enjoy also

went to a bread making demonstration using the products at la mana direct...really worthwhile, great demonstrator, free coffee, and heaps of great tips to make my own bread, also where I have gone wrong in the past. really good to try the different products that were made and tasted as they came hot out of the oven. the demonstrator explained more things -and concisely in an hour than a class I went to for 3 hrs. great product too, especially the sour dough mixture,. really easy and really fast preparation.
