I like making bread in my bread machine & find the perfect ingredients at Simply No Knead. There is a great range of bread flours and I am having fun trying the different varieties. my favourite is the Tuscany White bread flour that I use as a base to experiment with grains, wholemeal & soy & linseed. have even tried a fruit loaf, delicious! Helpful staff will always offer to carry the sacks of flour out for you. I highly recommend this busines.
