Without doubt the best and cheapest airport-city transfer in Melbourne. It is direct to Southern Cross station from the airport (rare for a bus) and for an individual or couple travelling it is far cheaper than a taxi. They also offer free minibus transfers to city hotels.

Bus trip from Melbourne Airport (Talla) T3 to Southern Cross Station. Regular service every 10 mins or so. Took about 30 minutes even in heavy traffic. Skybus are efficient and reliable, run a 10 min service and have you shuttled from the city to airport or vise versa in 20 mins. The drivers are friendly and customer service staff are helpful.
