I recently had a new Kitchen installed by the Kitchen Co of Canberra using a Polytec laminate product .
Overall I was very happy with the Kitchen and the service provided. However after a couple of months I noticed that the Kickboard was starting to chip at the corner joints. I contacted the Kitchen Co and asked if they could rectify the problem.
I was informed that the Kickboards were not covered under the warranty and therefore I would be charged to replace them. The Kitchen Co suggested using a Laminate touch up paint which they do not stock.
I contacted Polytec and told them of the problem. They also said that Kickboards are not covered under warranty. They also do not stock or make touch up paint. They suggested going to a paint shop to see if they could match the colour. I am very surprised that I am unable to get paint to match a recently installed Kitchen. Not very good customer service.

My Kitchen was only recently installed and the kickboard is already chipping. The installer and Polytec will not cover the Kickboard under warranty. Also Polytec do not stock any touch up paint. Polytec have advised me to try a paint shop to see if they can match my colour. I am surprised that Polytec do not stock touch up paint. Not very good customer service.

In the store window and around the shop it had big signs saying Mid Season Sale take a further 25% off already reduced prices. Nowhere in the store or on merchandise did it mention prices as marked. The item we wanted to purchase had a red sticker with a reduced price on it but the Manager would not give us the 25% discount of the already reduced price as advertised. She stated that the 25% had already been taken off. I believe this is false advertising.

Bought a secondhand Mazda 3 with extended warranty. Had a service and they did not observe or inform me that rear shock absorber was leaking badly and covered in dirt and grease. This was picked up by NRMA vehicle inspector shortly after service. Slaven Mazda made me wait over a month to get what was a five minute job to replace shock absorber under warranty. I would not trust them again.
