We Would like to thank the team at Smart Torque especially Leah who went out of her way to help us, she gave 5 Star customer service.
We were broken down just before long weekend & had to get the car towed to workshop & I rang her to see if she could look at the car as it was a warranty job & she said yes no problem bring it in.
Leah went above & beyond in organising our warranty work which we were very appreciative of.
This was our first time here & we would highly recommend Smart Torque for all your mechanical repairs & we will be bringing both our vehicles here in the future.

I have used this business on several occasions, and have found to very good, honest and reasonably priced. They certainly do not rip you off like some mechanical businesses.
Richard and Natalie are very friendly and give feed back when asked. The office girl !! Is very professional explains any and all charges on the hill.

Ever since I had my Manifold Induction Clean a couple of weeks ago, my car has been running so smoothly. It also has lot’s more low down performance. Since then I’ve done 660kms and I haven’t even used three quarters of a tank. When I first purchased my 200 series Landcruiser I was getting about 900kms to the tank, but lately its been more like 800kms to a tank. So this Manifold induction clean has returned my fuel economy to where it was when I first purchased the car. I got my 900kms travel just as the fuel light came on. I’m wrapped, so thanks guys.

Best mechanic in town for price, customer service and quality! I took my Audi A1 in here a couple of months ago for a regular service and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Was originally quoted over $1000 by Audi and some other mechanics, but these guys quoted $800 (I think) originally. When I went in to pick my car up they said some of the parts ended up being cheaper than their quote so took the price down again for me! Most mechanics would keep the price the same and make a bit of extra money. Couldn’t recommend higher, and great to support a locally run, family business.

Excellent service. Had an emergency, smoke was coming out of my engine and i needed my car to pick up the kids. Rang up got my car in straight away, fixed the same day. Was really impressed. Nothing was a problem, receptionist was lovely and nothing was a hassle. was so nice to have old fashioned service.
