After taking our vehicle to a local dealership with a problem for the previous 3 years with no satisfaction, then to be told it was a $4000 problem once out of warranty. We took the vehicle to Smart Torque and Richard and the guys actually listened to our problem and then solved it by getting his hands dirty and having a look. After completing the work we were told that the dealership were wrong with what they were saying the problem was and Richard had fixed our car at least than a quarter of what the dealership wanted to charge us.
We will be taking all our vehicles to Smart Torque for any mechanical dealings as Richard listens to the customer and solves the issue at a minimal cost.
