I attended Smile & Co as a new patient. They were excellent in their engagement prior to, during and after the appointment. The people were great and Mel made feel very comfortable during the appointment. There were no sales tactics or unnecessary referrals. Both my partner and I have made this our regular dentist now. Mel and the team at SMILE & Co are professional, fun and friendly. I had avoided dentists for almost 20 years, but had to suck it up when the pain in my mouth felt like somebody was stabbing me in the jaw with a sharpened rusty spoon. However, my fear of the torturous bloodbath and metalworks of my earlier years were allayed by the big smiles and welcoming atmosphere provided by SMILE & Co.

To assure and help you, Mel explains in detail what's going on. She even lets you watch what is going on when there is an opportunity. And if you don't want to watch the operations, she'll put a movie on for you. Her work is so delicate and gentle that I did not feel the injections that were administered.

Dr Mel, is knowledgable, friendly and gentle. She made my dental experience easy, calm and hassle free. I appreciated the on-going advice and follow up. My dad sees her as well, and he hates dentist. The staff were lovely, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I had my initial checkup and they were very thorough. I have never had such a comprehensive checkup and to be so involved in the results. Next came the cleaning and they were very comforting and kept checking if I was alright. The office was clean and tidy and they were very professional as well as being genuinely amicable. I will be returning there and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
