Dr Yasmin swiftly repaired some serious issues that had been previously overlooked... she is really friendly in his approach, takes time to explain the process, is extremely skilled and very passionate about achieving the best result for his patients - both financially and aesthetically. she and her team simply want you to be nothing less than very happy. Excellent service from Dr Pippa Robinson, who attended to my worn filling and subsequent extraction with skill and care. Was honestly expecting an extraction to be really messy, but it was much easier and relatively painless.

Best part, Bupa handled it all, no gap paid. Will definitely be back!

My journey with Smile Solutoins has been one that I will truly never forget. Besides, the great atmosphere and amazing interior, the work they do is very well organised and there is no doubt that you will have your appointment on the set time they give you, which I found really impressive and convenient for their patients. All staffs are hard working, fun, and extremely nice. The cost is competitive with other dentists in Melbourne considering they have all the latest equipment. Smile Solutions is definitely a leader in his field.

After many years of feeling anxious when I went to a dentist, I can honestly say how much better I feel and not anxious when I go to smilesolutions. They are all very caring, and I must say that James has shown we how to look after my gums, after I had been suffering from gum disease for many years, and I am very happy with the outcome, as I don't have gum disease anymore, and that is why I haven't been back to the dentist I was seeing, I have decided to see a dentist at smile solutions. I did see Naomi at smile solutions, and she is a hygienist, and she is a delightful young lady, and I was very pleased with her treatment, as she is very gentle and caring. All the staff, at the front office desk are also lovely, and helpful. Very happy patient,who would highly recommend Smile Solutions.

I attended an appointment at Smile Solutions to have some fillings put in. The day after I received a follow up phone call regarding my appointment with Kat. I assured them that the fillings were doing fine, there was no discomfort and as always, Kat did an excellent job. The same goes for all of the team at Smile Solutions, it is always a pleasant experience every time I go there for an appointment, so their efforts are certainly appreciated.

Updating my review, since I spoke to the Business owner the other day on the number provided in the comments below. It seems like my bad experience was just once off and they were apologetic for what happened. I am very happy with the resolution given to me.

This place is a big rip off. They offer spa style dental, but the emphasis is not on giving good service to patients but on trying to get as much money as possible from the patient in one meeting itself. Dentist was speaking minimal during my consult and was charged ridiculous amount of money for short consultation of 15 minutes at Collins Street Melbourne Office. I would recommend anyone against going there.

Great practice

I've been nothing but delighted with the service here - they know I'm seriously anxious about dental treatment, and they're so friendly and professional they really put me at ease. I also take my preschooler, and they're great with kids too.

I was not happy with at this dental practice.
It was expensive and the staff were not very kind as i am an anxious patient.

I have used Smile Solutions few times now. I am going to continue to visit here. They have been great. The location is convenient, I love the view from their reception on the 1st floor. I would most certainly recommend them.
