First of all, im glad i didnt purchase a car from this dealership, as i have now found some terrible reviews, i paid a holding deposit during a phone enquiry, subject to physical inspection and test drive, i had already been driving an identical commodore since new and was very familiar with them and how they should drive and perform. The test drive proved the engine and/or transmission was possibly compromised - likely due to the heavy duty tow pack on it. I left to consider my options of an extended warranty or atleast offer them my further consideration but phoned back with my decision to decline the offer. After a bit of pushy sales resistance it was agreed and they would require my bank details to transfer the refund. 4 weeks on and after numerous phone calls, text messages and emails to 5 various team members and management and still i have not received one cent refunded, not even a return call. Now i'm following up through the bank before i take it to consumer affairs.

Smiths were extremely helpful from start to finish, they still gave us quality customer service even after receiving our money. Would recommend them to anyone :)

I recently purchased a second hand vehicle from Smith's and they were fantastic. There was nothing in there yard that attracted me so they asked me what I was after and found a car for me. They keep in regular contact, send letters to remind me about my servicing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I just took my new car to Smiths of Geelong for its first months service. Excellent service, very friendly staff, my car came back washed and vacuumed which was very nice. Oh and the sandwiches and coffee in the service area is a nice touch.
