I purchased the Ultra Comfort Lounge, understanding it was machine washable. However, after the first wash, all the filling has heaped up in one corner of the bed and no filling on the sides. I followed the instructions carefully and did it all by the Snooza recommendations. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Absolutely would not recommend this product as a washable item.

The dog bed was terrible quality from the filling to the cover. I returned it for a refund wish took over 3 weeks of needing to chase up after they had received it. Don't buy from here, go anywhere else.

I bought a 2-in-1 crate and cover. The crate had been assembled incorrectly so the doors of the cover weren't on the right sides of the crate. I clearly described and photographed this in an email to them and Sarah sent me a replacement cover. Prior to sending it she checked that it fit on a crate in the warehouse. I don't think she understood my complaint at all because the replacement cover, predicatably, was also at the wrong orientation. I had to disassemble it to fix the issue, which damaged some of the clasps holding the crate together. I've emailed asking for compensation and replacement clasps and I'll see what comes of that.
The product itself is great but I'm highly disappointed that I got an incorrectly assembled unit.

Pet bed disintegrated after less than 5 months of indoor use. I definitely wouldn't recommend these. Expensive and flimsy. I paid $100 for a pet bed that fell to pieces after two washes (when it says its machine washable and repairable).

I contacted customer service who said they wouldn't offer a repair or refund (despite their advertising that their products can be repaired and covered under warranty). Definitely look elsewhere.

Worst customer service.
Purchased a dog bed, zip broke within 2 days across multiple points. Had it picked up from my pet store , paid the amount for it to be fixed and got told I could go to the pet store to pick it up. I rush there after work before the store closed to find out it hadn’t been delivered. Called snooze to be spoken to rudely and told that they forgot to take it and had left it on the desk. Then “the best they can do” is post it and I will get it in a week.
Don’t bother buying from them, poor customer service, break quickly and won’t offer to help when they make a
Mistake.
Surely they could offer a replacement from the pet store, or pay for a same day delivery. Another week of waiting to probably have a bed that breaks within days again

Absolutely love Snooza dog beds, superb quality, wash well, made here in Melbourne. Best customer service too, so helpful. Why buy a cheap bed from overseas, madness

I have bought several Snooza products through my local vet clinic and without fail my cats love them! The pet beds are better quality than others, fully washable and always approved by my cats. Each pet bed is made to order and you can choose the size and fabric and they come with a free repair service. You can become a member of their email list and hear about Factory Direct Sales and buy cheaper (seconds) products direct from the warehouse (if you live in Melbourne). I would recommend Snooza products to any cat or dog owner - you and your pet will love them!
