Snowman installed an evaporative cooler for us and upgraded our ducted heating early last year. Since then we have had renovations which have disrupted the original works. The Snowman team have been brilliant in their follow up and support, and we have all our services back on line at minimal cost and with very little fuss. Just like any other company out there flogging themselves to death with advertising they have over promised and under delivered. Was told and sold upgraded ducting to add on a cooling unit later on in the process only to find out that the ducting was standard and we now need to re duct the entire house if we are to utilise our ducted system to cool our home. Had a duct splitter melt in half, 1 meter from the ducted heating unit under the house and was told even with a 4 week old baby in our family they were too busy to come out and fix it and it would be 3 weeks. As a result I fixed this myself once they sent out the replacement junction. The installer was a nice guy who did his back in 5 minutes from getting here, so the apprentice did 95% of the work. Our 5.6 star system works well however the after sales service is poor and the follow up after complaining to them about the fact we didn't get what we expected is typical of a business in peak season ...

I used various review sites to find a good heating and cooling company to heat and cool my home. I found that Snowman seemed the more trust worthy from friends and family and all their good reviews. Anyhow the whole process was great from start to end, having to deal with the usual trade issues, about weather etc. Overall very happy

Just had my ducted heater serviced and ducts cleaned by them. Installer was polite and the system cleaned , and is working much better. Kids toys and dust were cleaned out. it is amazing what a service will do for ducted heater. Thanks for the prompt response.

I have had an old inefficient gas ducted heater for 15 years. After 2 years of researching finally decided to go with Snowman's new 6 Star Gas Ducted heater. I have ran the system now for a few months, and already the new system is already saving me around $40 per month on my gas bill, which is a big saving for me, on a tight budget. Very happy and warm now.

Excellent company to deal with, a very professional approach and excellent product knowledge from the sales through to the installation.
Workers arrived on time, worked very hard all day, were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Having recently had a bad experience with a competitor, it was very rewarding to see a team working together so effectively. Highly recommended and a big thanks to David, Danny and the team-now I am now cool after such a long time without gas heater!!
