Just like any other company out there flogging themselves to death with advertising they have over promised and under delivered. Was told and sold upgraded ducting to add on a cooling unit later on in the process only to find out that the ducting was standard and we now need to re duct the entire house if we are to utilise our ducted system to cool our home. Had a duct splitter melt in half, 1 meter from the ducted heating unit under the house and was told even with a 4 week old baby in our family they were too busy to come out and fix it and it would be 3 weeks. As a result I fixed this myself once they sent out the replacement junction. The installer was a nice guy who did his back in 5 minutes from getting here, so the apprentice did 95% of the work. Our 5.6 star system works well however the after sales service is poor and the follow up after complaining to them about the fact we didn't get what we expected is typical of a business in peak season ...
