I purchased a 5kW solar system from Solaris after being referred to them by a friend. I had a previous quote from another company and found them to be pushy and not very knowledgeable. The salesperson from solaris gave different options, information and was not pushy. I then researched what both companies had said about the equipment they offered and it turned out the first company was offering a very cheap chinese panel with their own branding on it, they tried to imply that it was german designed aswell. I then called the office and quizzed them and it turns out they have a german guy that works for them... Solaris was offering a panel made by a german company that has been around for 50 years for the same price, as you can imagine I felt much more comfortable with Solaris's panels. We have only bought our home recently so we plan on staying there for a long time so it was important to us to get a reliable system. We went ahead with solaris and found the office staff friendly and helpful, the installers did a great job and we are very happy with our systems performance. I would happily recommend Solaris to my friends and family in the future and we are very glad we didnt go with the pushy salesperson.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Poor workmanship, bad communication and delay after delay once the deposit is paid. Wouldn't recommend them. Not even worth half a star but I have to put something in
