Just moved into our new porperty which had ducted heating and tried it out for the first time and wouldn't you know, it didn't work. It's just starting to get cold and we need it. Even though this is their busy time they cam out the next morning, got back to us that afternoon with a quote for an exchange unti and had it installed within 2 working day, fabulous.
