We had SP Screens install 3 sets of secureview (triple locking) security doors for the double front doors, lounge sliding door and laundry door. The sales reps and the installers were skilled and a pleasure to deal with. I am happy with their product quality and installation work. Matt and Joel did a terrific job and the admin staff handled the job very well and communicated well. Highly recommend SP screens and hope to deal with any new work in the future.

Very dissapointing experience with Sp screens! Never again! can not recmmend them due to their poor service!

I had made an order and paid 50% deposit for the screens. I had an initial measurement and was told to wait 6 weeks. After 4 weeks I enquired about my order was told by customer service rep not to worry and to wait another 2 weeks. After waiting 6 weeks for the installation and chasing them up again was told they had a big mistake and that the initial measurements were lost as staff member who did them had since left! That if I wanted my screens I had to wait another week for a measurement and then another 6 weeks for the screens to be done! I was angry now so the manager offered a discount of 10% and said they wont make a mistake again. So I decided to go again. This time they didnt turn up at all for measurements and wasted half my day as I worked from home! Cancelled my order immediately!

I was totally appalled by the lack of professionalism by this firm and cannot recommend them to anyone!

I contacted them in Nov 2017 for a quote on two screen doors.

Guy came out to quote abt 2-3 weeks later, and I was told I'd hear from the office abt a deposit etc to process.

Christmas came and went, my 50% deposit was taken, but nothing from anyone.

Contacted them in Jan, they sent a guy out to do the final measure, who told me it would take 10 days to probably come back and install once office got the info.

It is now Feb and I am still waiting, have just sent an email.

This is business worth $1k and ...the quality of the work may be good but if you have to keep chasing the workers, there is a problem.

Approximate cost: $1000

Got an estimate over the phone. Was told I had to wait for 2-3 weeks for a site measure/quote and then another similar time for a check measure before manufacturing of 3-4 weeks. As I was ok with the estimate i asked if the sales person could do the check measure and cut out the extra visit. Went to order the door and was told a check measure was now required. Got an alternative quote $300 cheaper with a company that only requires one site visit.
Why bother with such an inefficient process

Incredibly disappointed with my experience so far. Despite having two seperate measures done they arrived to install last week only to find screens too big so need to come back. Waited for someone to call to rearrange but they didn't, I had to chase it up (and recieved no apologies whatsoever). Asked for Tuesday afternoon, told not available so agreed to cut short morning activities to be home by 12.30. Leave morning plans early to get home only to get a call at 12.30 (obviously unable to give any earlier notice) to be told would be running over 3 hours late so now have to cancel my afternoon plans too. Not impressed at all definitely won't recommend or use again.

I recently got a secureview (triple locking) security door installed by SP screens for the front door and a Xceed safety door(single lock) for the laundry door. The sales rep Craig was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Karyn at the office was very friendly and processed the transactions very smoothly. Brent was the installer who did a fantastic and a clean job. I am highly impressed dealing with SP screens and am very happy with the 2 new safety doors.
