I have been to many Spas or beauty salons and I have found Spa 11 to be the most professional Spa with brilliant customer service. The manager has extremely high standards and knows all the clients by name.The staff are very intuitive and are aware when you have not had a good day at work and often add to your treatment for special occasions. I now regularly attend the salon for hair, makeup, skin products and great coffee at the cafe.

I attended a pampering hens party session at Spa Eleven late last year. Seven of us ladies were treated to foot soaks, pedicures and mini facials and a fruit platter from their on site cafe.. The staff were so professional . . . the experience was relaxing yet enjoyable and allowed the bridal party to have an afternoon of fun and indulgence.
