Originally, I just wanted the carpets cleaned. I then discovered that Paul had a tile & grout cleaning process.
I simply cannot extol the virtues of his work highly enough. Our grouting was in a terrible state and Paul has restored it to almost 'as new' condition. I am delighted with his carpet cleaning too. There were marks that no other cleaner had been able to remove - Paul succeeded where others had failed miserably!!! In addition, to the high standard of the actual work he performed, his approach to the quoting, booking and billing processes were brilliant! He arrived ON TIME and worked steadily and diligently until complete. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul - in fact, I have already done so to many of my friends and they are equally pleased with his work ethic, integrity and professionalism.

Service was booked prior to having a full bottle of red wine dropped on carpet! Paul was able to remove it pretty successfully considering the age of the carpet. Very happy with the result. Our very old carpets will now last another couple of years. Paul is a very honest and friendly person - I highly recommend him to anyone.

Paul recently cleaned my carpets, lounge suite and the grout in my bathroom floor. His attention to detail was outstanding. My carpets and lounge had a lot of marks and I had been duped by a shyster previously who really did nothing other than run around spraying a bit of steam and achieved nothing. The carpets looked like NEW and they are 8 years old. Paul was not the cheapest, but nor was his quote by any means the highest I obtained. It was WELL worth every cent. He was reliable, polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Had the carpets cleaned. In particular we had a couple of spots where there were some quite bad stains. Was very pleased with Paul's commmunication. Paul did such a great job on grout cleaning our tiled floor. The floor looks like it did when new, 12 years ago. These days, to meet somebody interested and intent on delivering the best possible service and result is a bonus. We could not be any happier.

I had my carpet and an old recliner chair cleaned by Paul. The carpet is more than 15 years old and had never been steam cleaned before, so high traffic areas were looking pretty awful. The chair was even older. After cleaning, they both look great! Paul did a brilliant job for a good price and I will definitely use his services again.

I had my carpets and two rugs that I brought in India cleaned as I have a 5 month old puppy who needed to be toilet trained.

Very, very happy! I am totally impressed with Paul's work. I spilt some red wine on my cream carpet and Paul meticulously worked at the stain until the carpet was restored. Paul was friendly and extremely conscientious, unlike previous carpet cleaners I have had in the past who really did not seem to care and left the carpet with as many stains as before they started. Will definitely be using Paul again!!!

Paul is extremely dedicated to what he does and thoroughly explains everything he is doing. My 15 year old couch that has never been cleaned looks brand new and the carpets have never looked so good. He was even able to remove the smell from where my cat had a few accidents. She hasn't done another one since. Highly recommend and will be booking him in again in a years time.

We recently had our 100% pure wool carpets steam cleaned which had alot of urine stains from our young daughter and puppy. After other professionals telling us there is nothing that would get the stains out I was about to purchase a rug to cover it when Paul was referred to me..He gave me a good quote which was worth trying and in the end the stains have either disapeared and the really stubborn ones are barely visible..

A high quality 3 seater couch required cleaning after being in a very dusty environment - after living on a dirt road see...The results were great and I can now once again have visitors over to enjoy clean comfortable couch. Good work.
