The light globes I ordered came within a few days (due to the weekend) of delivery, and the new owner e-mailed me personally before the day was out.

This is a huge improvement on the last owner, thank you! I am very pleased with this change - it is certainly for the best.

Trying to get any form of customer service from these people is like herding cats. Sometimes instead of replying they'll call you and make a deal over the phone which, because it is not in writing, they won't remember. When they do reply to your e-mail, their reply is often the very least amount of writing possible with little regard to your actual questions, just the one that they wish to respond to. And then there are the e-mails that they just ignore - this has happened on a number of occasions, and it's been almost two months and I'm still waiting for a response to my last e-mail.

In short, I have had enough of trying to deal with this company as they are pretty unhelpful and make it seem like customers are nothing but an annoyance to them.

I am very sorry for the poor custumer service you encountered. I purchased the business in August 2012 & my number one priority is to improve the customer service. The previous owner was one of Australias leading lighting designers with excellent product knowledge. Unfortunately his customer service skills were lacking. I hope you will give me a chance to prove that under my leadership the company has improved it's service & communication skills.
