Here is the email I sent to StarTrack, so you understand what these couriers are like:

"I have been home all morning, and no one rang on the doorbell or knocked, though I have been inside the house all day, along with a friend, who also never heard any knock or the doorbell being rang.

"I am quite upset that, instead of signing for the delivery at my door, I now have to track off to the post office to get my parcel. This is not what I paid for.

"There is no slip in my postbox out the front, either. If I hadn't have looked online, I would never have known that the parcel was at the post office, and still been awaiting delivery!

"I am quite angry, as this has taken 47m out of my workday. This is not acceptable."

They claimed that they would investigate the issue within 10 business days, but weeks later I had to contact them about it, twice, before I got a response. Allegedly, they discussed these issues the courier in question so "human error" wouldn't happen again.

Also, despite it clearly being their fault, they also refuse to pay for a refund of the delivery cost, let alone my wasted time.

Not acceptable. The company needs to pull up its socks, and start treating the customer with respect - this should be followed by all staff, starting with the couriers up. The "policy" of not refunding non-delivery needs to be urgently reviewed.

I must say that not only was the fish (both tempura or grilled) soft, juicy and tender, but the hand-cut chips were amazing.

We had a small party, and our huge order arrived within 30m. (They are the only place I know that delivers fish and chips!) We even found extra hand-cut potato and sweet potato cakes, and prawns in the order.

Also, because I had mentioned that last time the Sprite had been forgotten, and just wanted to make sure it was included this time... they very generously sent us two bottles of Sprite, and a large salad. I did not expect their generosity on top of the other freebies in with our order.

The following day, one of my housemates was still commenting about the deliciousness of the fish.

This certainly isn't your regular fish 'n' chip shop - it's much, much better! If/when they get wheat-free pizza bases, I'm certainly going to give their pizzas a go!

Last night my immediate family ate take-away chicken and beef rolls for dinner. Apparently the beef 'tasted funny', and the chicken tasted 'like it was sitting there for days'.

I did not eat there (as I am recovering from an illness), but of my three family members who did eat there, two of them got sick later that night.

One threw it all up, and the other was in agony all night (and is currently hoping the pain doesn't come back).

I would thus highly recommend against eating here.

I went to the Williamstown Mussels Fish & Chippery on the weekend, and received one of the worst lots of fish and chips I have had in recent memory.

Firstly, the service was below average, and the person behind the counter was border-line rude and obviously did not want to be there.

The flake (grilled), when we went to eat it, was one solid hunk of immovable, tough flesh, with gristle running through it! Whilst the chips were crunchy, I had to throw the flake in the rubbish bin as it was inedible.

Very disappointing.

We held an engagement party at the Albion Hotel recently, and it was great. Awesome food, friendly and helpful staff, great location, and we could decorate the room how we wanted, all for a reasonable price. It was a great night, thanks to everyone at the Albion Hotel. Highly recommend!

Whilst the food there is great, I will never order from them again after my last order. A previously regular customer, I ordered my gluten-free pizza with my regular 'FOOD ALLERGIES: no onions, no olives' through Menulog.

The pizza came, with no olives, but it was covered in onions. I called to let them know, and a male voice answered the phone. I said that there had been a mistake, and that my pizza had come with onions after I'd written asking for no onions.

An employee, who did not introduce himself, told me that I had not mentioned no onions, only no olives. I checked the Menulog invoice, and told the employee that my copy of the invoice said 'no onions and no olives'. He said that I was wrong, and he could make me another pizza but I'd have to pay for it. I declined, again citing the invoice and the invoice number. He did not pause to look up the number, and things degenerated quite badly from there as he became more and more offensive.

Maybe half an hour after this conversation, another employee called and said that a (free) replacement pizza was on the way. It eventually came, as I had originally ordered - with no onions or olives.

However, I will never order there again as people should never be treated in such a disrespectful manner.

The light globes I ordered came within a few days (due to the weekend) of delivery, and the new owner e-mailed me personally before the day was out.

This is a huge improvement on the last owner, thank you! I am very pleased with this change - it is certainly for the best.

My car was at death's door, but Z Shop saved it! Now she's running well again, and no more radiator/oil problems. Amazing work, at a great price. They are now my only mechanic!

The quality of the tea is amazing, as Madam Flavour pays great attention to detail - everything from the tea she selects through to personally responding to her customers via e-mail.

I also love the little notes she places in the tea boxes, even the single serve tea boxes!

I appreciate how she shares her enthusiasm for life AND tea, be it through her newsletter, Twitter or Facebook.

The tea is delicious, and comes in a wide range - speciality blooming teas, herbal infusions, green teas, white tea and black tea - so there is something for every tea lover.

Although they are advertised on the Yellow Pages, they do not accept new patients, and I was unable to speak to anyone at the clinic willing to discuss the matter.
