Would never go the spec savers again. I purchased 4 sets of glasses, all had to be taken back for repairs due to flaws in manufacturing. Was over charged and had to challenge my bill, and had to return for 2 follow up appointment because machines were broken and gave bad readings. Staff were rude - a terrible experience I would never go back!

I decided to randomly go in for an eye test after recently moving locally a few weeks ago. I was blown away by their outstanding customer service. Really made my day to walk into a business where everyone was so upbeat happy and outgoing!!

good and follow up service was good. the doctor also gave me the name of a specialist to have a look at other problems with my eyes. my daughter who is 16 received great help in selecting the right style for her
