HORRIBLE experience!! I've called these guys about an ad they had online for warehouse racking... Called 3 times before they could get someone from sales to call me back. They never called back... Called again, nothing!

Every time you call, they want your name, surname, phone number, email address, etc... That's before even helping you with a quote or discussing what you're after! Ridiculous customer service and horrible horrible follow up!

I purchased a dry dock for a Jet Ski from this Company 5 weeks ago and I still dont have anything to use. They advised me incorrectly and I could tell as soon as I received it I told them. They basically said bad luck, you purchase at your own risk.
I even asked them to at least discount the replacement parts I needed to make it right and they refused.
$2000 down and nothing. Bad quality, bed service bad Company to deal with. Should have read the reviews first.

Wish id read the reviews before purchase. Bought a work bench, delivered damage. I contacted straight and after 5 emails and 3 phone calls, Ive just been ignored. Had to raise credit card dispute. Very quick to take your money zero customer service. Avoid.
