have been here a number of times. The food is always fresh and tasty. It is now one of our preferred lunch time spots when you want a quick, good, fresh meal.

My family enjoyed a delicious lunch here last week. Their lunch time specials are fabulous starting from $8.80. Their steamed dim sims were so delicious, we loved their crispy chilli chicken, szechuan pork, satay beef and seafood combination. Our meals were nicely presented and so delicious, really good quality for such a low price. I have to say the staff were quite friendly and the service was the fastest we had ever experienced. We sat down, looked at the menu, placed our order and by the time we received our drinks, the dim sims had arrived and then within 5 minutes all the mains. A fabulous place for lunch or dinner just across from our Hotel.

One word to describe the restaurant- crap.
Service was poor, food was lousy and quality was terrible.
We ordered some of its spicy sichuan dishes and turned out more chilli and oil than anything else. The portion wasn't great.
There are better restaurants out there than going to this one.

Approximate cost: $15.00

Usually when I go to a restaurant and the place is named after a dish, that dish would be the first thing we order from the menu. Therefore, when we got to the restaurant, one of the dishes we ordered was spicy fish. We were expecting it to be the star dish of our meal and it was. The dish was served in a humongous stone bowl and when it arrived at our table we were scared. The fish fillets were swimming in oil/soup with lots of whole dried chillies and sze chuan peppers. But surprisingly the fish did not taste oily at all and were very tasty. The other dishes we ordered were crocodile meat and kangaroos. The meats were cooked well and did not have gamey smell.

Approximate cost: $25

Brilliant food, I love the crocodile dish, and seasonal vegetables. Good place to take some friends share a few dishes with rice and a few drinks. The eggplant dish is very good as well. Service is very fast, I swear the dishes came out in 5 minutes after ordering.

Approximate cost: $15.00

A pretty nice 'Traditional Shanghai and Szechuan Style' restaurant in the heart of the CBD. Good food with a good variety of dishes to suit any ones tastes. Great if you are hungry and out on the town, with fairly quick service and cheap entrees that will fill you up.
