Got my colour done today by the lovely Mallory, she’s so professional with her job, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy and impressed with the outcome. Highly recommend her. 10/10

Worst hair saloon I've been too, staff are very unprofessional and ignorant, Stand around chatting and doing nothing while I was waiting to be served, not a very clean place either, hair still all over the floor as I came in ! Didn't really listen to what I wanted done, awful service, definitely will not recommend or come back

Terrible place to get your hair cut. Rude staff and not a good enough hair cut for them to get away with it. Won't be going back there in a hurry, especially with all the other hairdressers in the complex. After waiting at the counter for several minutes for someone to serve me I was sent to a dirty chair and waited for the girls to stop talking to each other so one of them could start cutting my hair. Once she started cutting, the talking stopped which was good so I didn't have to pretend to be friendly to her.

Several staff members were standing at the back of the salon talking among themselves, saw us, finished their conversation then one of them asked what we would like.
I asked when they could fit my partner in for a men's cut... she said 'probably now, go and sit down' and pointed at a chair with the last clients' hair still on the floor all around it.

She left without a word and a different staff member came back to perform the service. The price we had read from the menu included a shampoo and condition, but all he received was a few squirts from a spray bottle...

We were still charged full price.

The hairdresser who actually cut his hair had bleach stains all over her clothes and a hole in her dress/shirt.

Very unprofessional salon, and unfriendly staff.

I don't trust them with a men's basic cut... why would anyone trust them with a complex hair cut/colour/style.
